How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Our orders have a delivery time of 24 to 72 working hours, depending on the location. Shipments are prepared and leave our offices from Monday to Friday at 1 pm. The estimated delivery time is calculated from the departure of our offices depending on the option chosen and taking into account only the working days.

How can I track my order?

You will always receive an email tracking your package, if not, you can let us know and we will help you.

Can I change my ropes from the basic model TPU?

Yes, this rope model comes with star-shaped carabiners, which are easy to open and change for other ropes that we sell on our website.

Can I change my rope from a modular model?

Do you have more cell phone models?

Currently we have for iPhone, Samsung, Xiaomi and Huawei, but if you want you can write us and tell us which model of mobile you miss and we will help you.

What value do you have with the rest of the brands?

Our designer Marta Valdespino, follows the trends of each season providing unique designs that make you really want to have it.

In addition, after many checks, we have opted for the polyester material Dacron in our laces even though it is more expensive, for its resistance and flexibility.

If you only see washers and casings on us, we are not your product.

I haven't received a confirmation email. What do I do?

Whenever you make a purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order. If not, look in your spam folder.

Can I make a change?

Yes, without any problem as long as it is a mistake on our part the change is free. In order to make the change you must return the item and then make a new purchase with the desired product, sending an email with the changes to orders@mmropes.com

If there has been an error of choice, the shipment must be paid for by the customer.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received the return in our warehouse and have verified that it is correct, we will proceed with the refund. At that time, you will receive a confirmation email with the amount paid, and you will have it available in your bank account within 5 working days.
